Terms, Conditions and Guidelines

 

FIXED FLIGHT TIMINGS

This helicopter tour operates with fixed daily departure times for each destination. Passengers are required to adhere to the scheduled Estimated Time of Departure (ETD) for each day of the tour. Failure to do so will result in being marked as a NO-SHOW. The final and accurate flight timings will be shared one day prior to the Yatra.

 

 PASSENGER'S WEIGHT

Passengers are required to provide their accurate weight at the time of booking. In the event of any weight discrepancy discovered during travel that exceeds our aircraft's weight capacity of 1350 kg, affected passenger(s) will be de-boarded and the Heli-tour will be cancelled for them and without any refund.

OVERWEIGHT CHARGES: PER SEAT BASIS ONLY 

Excess weight charges for the DO DHAM helicopter tour are fixed at INR 1500/- per kilogram, applicable to passengers whose weight exceeds 75 kg. Moreover, if there is any variance in the passengers' weight, subject to charges based on the overweight criteria, the corresponding amount will be collected at the helipad before the flight boarding.

 

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE 

Only 2 kg of baggage per passenger is permitted. Passengers are advised not to carry large suitcases, as the baggage space inside the helicopter is very limited.

INFANT

Children above the age of 2 years will be charged the full ticket price. Infants below 2 years of age and under 12 kg in weight are carried free of charge. In case age verification is required, an ID proof (such as a birth certificate) of the child will be checked. 

BAD WEATHER AND FORCE MAJEURE DISCLAIMER

Helicopters flying in hilly terrains are adversely affected by some unpredictable factors such as adverse weather conditions and various Force Majeure events. These include delayed Air Traffic clearances/Permissions, VVIP movements, valley flying by the Indian Air Force (NOTAM), sudden technical issues in the aircraft, illness of the flying crew, or delayed reporting of passengers at the helipads, among other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers are advised to be prepared to encounter any unexpected events and inconveniences that may arise in such scenarios. 

When planning your tour, we strongly advise the guests to keep one additional day at hand at Dehradun, so that they do not end up in trouble in case the weather gets very bad after the commencement of tour, which may lead to extension of the tour.

COVID TRAVEL GUIDELINES

Passengers and AGH (Auron Global Hospitality) must strictly follow COVID protocols in accordance with the prevailing government mandates. Non-compliance with Government guidelines may result in the denial of boarding to passengers, and refunds will not be provided in such cases.

Price on demand. While our team takes care of your entire Do Dham tour, they can also assist you in booking air/Train tickets to Dehradun. 

Haridwar, Rishikesh or Mussoorie day-trip: 

INR 9000 for up to 06 passengers on your date of arrival or departure, our team can arrange transportation for Mussoorie, Rishikesh or Haridwar day-trip from Dehradun.

Hotel /Airport transfers: We arrange pick-up/drop services for our passengers at Dehradun. 

- Jolly grant Airport pick-up & drop = INR 7,500 (both-way). 

- Hotel to Helipad & Helipad to Hotel pick-up & drop (Within Dehradun) = INR 3,500(both ways). 

Extra night stay at Dehradun
Price on demand for additional night stay at Dehradun, our team will take care of your hotel bookings. FYI, we arrange hotels at the most attractive rates you can get. 

CARRIAGE BY AIR ACT, 1972 

Carriage is subject to AGH (Auron Global Hospitality) Services rules and regulations for non-international air travel, as per the Carriage by Air Act, 1972, and related Government notifications.

The company’s liability for any loss, damage, injury, or death of a passenger, or for loss or damage to registered baggage during air travel, will be governed by Sections 4, 5, and 6, and the rules mentioned in the Second Schedule of the Carriage by Air Act, 1972.

These rules are applicable with certain exceptions, modifications, and amendments as notified by the Government of India, Ministry of Civil Aviation, from time to time.

 

Other Terms & Guidelines Other Terms and Guidelines for DO Dham Helicopter Booking 2026 

  • All Indian passengers must share a copy of their Aadhaar Card. Foreign nationals must provide a copy of their passport.

  • Any donations, tips, pitthu, palki/pony, and porter charges are to be paid directly by the passengers.

  • Auron Global Hospitality has its own ground crew at all the Dhams. Passengers may contact them at any time for guidance or assistance.

  • Mobile network connectivity at Badrinath is very limited. BSNL and Jio work in these areas most of the time, but connectivity cannot be guaranteed. Our staff will always be available to assist passengers.

  • Passengers are advised to carry a small oxygen bottle as a precaution. These are easily available at local medical stores.

  • While daytime temperatures are generally pleasant, nights can be very cold. Passengers must carry warm woollen clothing.

  • All passengers are advised to carry their personal medicines.

  • Please note that Auron Global Hospitality does not provide insurance coverage for accidents, illness, theft, loss, or any other unforeseen events.
    Guests are strongly advised to arrange their own travel and medical insurance. All baggage and personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the passenger at all times.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

The company shall not be liable for any medical emergency on the ground to the party, thus advising guests to get the fitness certificate from the doctor to travel to the high-altitude sector.

The Company reserves the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit for travel or what in the opinion of the company may constitute risk to the helicopter or to the persons on board. No refund shall be done to such passenger(s).

RESCHEDULING OF BOOKING

Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 20% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 15 days before the journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 15 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.


PAYMENT TERMS 

The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the total amount. Balance payment has to be deposited 15 days prior to the date of arrival at Dehradun. Passengers will not be permitted to board or commence the tour unless full & final payment of the tour has been done.

 

CANCELLATIONS POLICY :

If passengers cancel their booking prior to or after the commencement of the tour, the following cancellation charges will be applicable.

  •  45 days before the journey      : 100% refund.

  • 30 days before the journey    : 50%  refund.

  • 20 days before the journey    : 20%  refund.

  • 15 days before the journey    :  No  refund.

  • No show : : No   refund.

Credit notes will be issued against any sort of cancellation against a confirmed booking.

FORCE MAJEURE AND BAD WEATHER REFUNDS

If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the 3 days we will still try to finish the darshan on the next day. In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather conditions then we will refund only flying timing costs approximately INR 20,000/ (Twenty Thousand Rupees) against each Dham per seat. 

If flying is not possible due to any reason/bad weather at Dehradun, then 5% Services charge + utilized services like hotel stay and transportation will be applicable. 

 

BAD WEATHER & FORCE MAJEURE POLICIES: 

If a flight is cancelled or delayed because of bad weather, technical problems, or any other reason that is not in the company’s control, AGH will not be responsible for the delay or cancellation. In such cases, the guest will receive a refund as per our refund policy only. No extra compensation will be given for hotel stay, transport, food, or any other additional travel expenses.

If the flight cannot depart from Dehradun due to the above reasons, the tour will be treated as cancelled and the refund will be given according to company policy. However, guests can choose to reschedule their tour for the next available date by making a new booking. Our team will inform guests about the available options. Any unused amount from the previous booking can be adjusted in the new booking. If there is any extra cost, it must be paid by the guest.

If guests want to extend their tour, it will be allowed only at an extra cost and subject to operational feasibility.

If bad weather stops flights from Badrinath to Dehradun, guests must arrange and pay for their own hotel stay. If guests decide to return to Dehradun by road instead of waiting for the next flight, all road travel expenses will be paid by the guests. In such situations, no refund will be given by the company.

If guests are stuck at any Dham and decide to cancel the tour early and return before the scheduled date, the company can arrange road transport for them. However, the cost of the vehicle must be paid directly by the guests. No refund will be provided if guests cancel the tour and return in the middle of the journey.

DISPUTES 

Any dispute related to the service, its terms and conditions, or how they are understood or used, will be handled under the laws of Delhi jurisdiction.All bookings are accepted only after the guest agrees to the above-mentioned terms and conditions.We hope the above information is clear and meets your requirements. Itinerary

Passengers must report at SDRF Helipad, near Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, which is the starting and ending point of the Yatra. Before departure, our pilots and ground staff will brief all passengers about the journey, safety instructions, and do’s and don’ts. KEDARNATH Helicopter flight from SDRF Helipad (Dehradun) to Guptkashi. From Guptkashi to Kedarnath Helipad by shuttle helicopter. On arrival at Kedarnath, our ground staff will receive and escort passengers to the holy shrine. VIP Darshan at Shri Kedarnath Ji Temple is arranged. VIP Darshan slip cost: ₹3,500 per person (included in the package). This allows guests to skip long queues and complete darshan smoothly. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, passengers are advised to complete darshan and puja within 1.5 hours and return to the helipad on time. Return flight from Kedarnath to Guptkashi. Lunch at Buransh Heli Resort, Guptkashi. Important Notes (Guptkashi – Kedarnath Sector): As per government regulations, passengers will transfer from a twin-engine helicopter to a single-engine shuttle helicopter for the Guptkashi–Kedarnath sector. This is mandatory and will be followed throughout the trip. Passengers traveling together on the twin-engine helicopter may be accommodated on different shuttle flights due to load and seating regulations. BADRINATH Helicopter flight from Guptkashi to Badrinath Helipad. Badrinath Temple is located approximately 2 km from the helipad. A car transfer will be provided for temple visit. Our ground staff at Badrinath will assist passengers for VIP Darshan at Shri Badrinath Ji Temple. After completing darshan, passengers must return to the helipad on time. Helicopter flight from Badrinath Helipad to SDRF Helipad, Dehradun.
