Correspondence

All Correspondence in respect of Tours / Travel Services and bookings should be addressed to M/s Auron Global (hereinafter referred to as "Company", "We", "Us").

Booking & Contract

On confirmation of booking, your contract is with M/s Auron Global. A binding contract comes into existence once: - We confirm your tour / travel services in writing (email / WhatsApp / invoice), and - We receive the required advance/deposit amount from your end.

Payment Policy

3.1 Advance Payment

For all tour packages, a minimum 25% advance of the total tour cost is required to confirm the booking.

3.2 Balance Payment

• Balance payment must be cleared 15 days prior to the commencement of services.

• Bookings made within 15 days of the departure date will be treated as late bookings, and 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

3.3 Peak Season / Special Bookings

For peak season bookings (Christmas, New Year, festivals, long weekends), luxury trains, special events, group tours, helicopter journeys, or special hotels/resorts, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

3.4 Additional Advance

Even after paying 25% advance, additional advance payment may be required depending upon supplier or airline deadlines.

Taxes & TCS (For International Packages – Indian Clients)

• As per Government of India rules, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is applicable on International Holiday Packages.

• TCS once collected is non-refundable, even in case of cancellation or modification.

• TCS can be adjusted against Income Tax liability while filing Income Tax Returns.

Mode of Payment

Clients may make payments through: - Cheque / Demand Draft - Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) - QR Code / UPI

Important Notes: - All payments must be free from withholding taxes or deductions. - Bank charges (Indian or International) shall be borne by the payer. - If payment via QR code is made using a credit/debit card, applicable gateway or bank charges will be borne by the client.

Fraud Prevention Notice

Auron Global or its representatives will never ask for: - Net Banking login details - Passwords, OTPs - Transfer of funds to personal accounts - Installation of third-party remote apps (AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.)

If you receive any such request, please do not act and report immediately to our official contact.

Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure Policy

Written confirmation includes email, official WhatsApp number, or invoice issued by the Company.

Cancellation Charges (Per Person):

Time Period Before Departure Cancellation Charge
60 days or more prior to departure 10% of total tour cost
59 – 30 days prior 20% of total tour cost
29 – 15 days prior 25% of total tour cost
14 – 8 days prior 50% of total tour cost
7 days or less / No Show 100% (No Refund)

Important Notes:

• Cancellation charges are calculated on the total booking amount, not on the advance paid.

• The minimum cancellation charge shall be 10% of the total tour cost, or as per the applicable slab, whichever is higher.

• For cancellations after tour commencement, refunds (if any) depend solely on recoveries from suppliers.

• No refund for unused services such as hotels, flights, meals, sightseeing, or transfers.

Company-Initiated Cancellation:

If Auron Global cancels the tour after booking confirmation: - Client may opt for a Credit Note (valid for future travel), OR - Refund after deduction of non-recoverable supplier charges, if any.

Refund Policy

• 15–30 working days (subject to bank and supplier processing timelines).

• Refunds will be made to the original payer only.

• Bank / gateway charges will be deducted from the refundable amount.

• No refund for partially utilized services.

Mandatory Identification Documents

It is mandatory for all guests to provide valid Photo ID: - Foreign Nationals: Passport + Valid Visa - NRI Clients: Passport copy - OCI/PIO Holders: Passport + OCI/PIO card - Indian Nationals: Passport / Driving License / Voter ID / Aadhaar

Hotel Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in is around 1400 hrs and check-out around 1100 hrs, subject to hotel policy.

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract extra charges.

Transportation & Extra Usage

• Vehicles are provided strictly as per itinerary.

• Extra usage beyond planned sightseeing or transfers is not included and will be chargeable.

Itinerary Changes

• All itineraries are tentative and subject to change due to weather, road conditions, safety concerns, airline or supplier changes.

• No refund shall be provided for itinerary changes made in the interest of safety or operational reasons.

Hotels, Airlines & Third-Party Services

Auron Global acts only as a booking agent for airlines, hotels, transporters, cruise lines, and other service providers. - We are not responsible for service deficiencies, delays, overbooking, baggage loss, or operational issues of third-party suppliers. - All services are governed by the respective supplier's terms and conditions.

Insurance

Auron Global does not provide travel insurance. Clients are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering: - Medical emergencies - Accidents - Trip cancellation - Loss of baggage

Visa Disclaimer

• Visa approval/rejection is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.

• Auron Global shall not be held responsible for visa rejection, delay, or refusal.

• Visa fees and related charges are non-refundable.

Force Majeure

Auron Global shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control including but not limited to: - Natural disasters - Pandemics - Government restrictions - War, strikes, riots, political disturbances

Obligations accrued prior to the Force Majeure event shall remain payable.

Limitation of Liability

• Company's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client.

• No liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses.

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction courts at New Delhi, India.

General Terms

• Company reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

• By confirming a booking, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all Terms & Conditions.
